We believe in transparent pricing. Below are the standard payment processing rates that apply when customers purchase online from your catalog. Note that offline or WhatsApp-direct payments do not incur any VendorVib fees.

Pass transaction fees to customers

Don't want to absorb these transaction fees? You can have buyers pay the transaction fees on top of your product price at checkout. In Settings, open Payouts, then under Transaction fees turn on Pass fees to buyers.

Settlement of funds ranges from 1–5 working days depending on the currency of sale. Most local transactions are settled the following day.

Fees cover payment processing and payouts through Flutterwave.

Exact settlement timing can vary by bank and region.

Stripe (International)

VendorVib fee: 5% + currency-equivalent of $0.50 per sale. Stripe processing fees are deducted separately by Stripe.

Payouts are managed directly by Stripe to your connected bank account.
